BEYOND MEASURE (Ephesians 3:20)
Welcome to the month of February, the month God has promised to bless us beyond measure. The theme for this month is BEYOND MEASURE. Our needs and wants are numerous and they are beyond what any human being, whether, kings, nobles, presidents, the wealthy or the powerful can satisfy. The reason behind this that the wants are multi-dimensional and multifarious. In fact, all the above mentioned categories of people also suffer want in one way or the other. However, the almighty God is not limited in any way. He is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent.
All our needs and wants are mere drops in His big bucket of blessings while all our desires are small compared to his big capacity to satisfy them. Hence the bible says of God “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” (Ephesians 3:20). What is the measure of mercy, care, love, provisions, protection, sustenance, inspiration, revelation, understanding, peace and material things as well as financial level you need and desire. The Elshaddai says he is ready, available and capacitated to provide them to you beyond measure. Jesus Christ, doing the will of his father, surprised people beyond measure through his healing ministry. The bible says that people” were beyond measure astonished, saying, He has done all things well: he makes both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak (Mark 7:37). You only need to continually abstain from sin and cast your absolute trust in him while you do your own part of prayer and diligence in all that you lay your hands to do. Remember that your measure of what you desire is within the reach of your limited being but the measure of God to meet your need is greater than what your mind can imagine. Hence I decree into your life that the Lord will reveal to you “new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know” (Isaiah 48:6). He will also show you” great and mighty things, which thou knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3). You are blessed beyond measure in Jesus name.
