This department takes charge of all career development and professionalism of church members. It coordinates all immigration matters of international students(working ethics, exam mannerism etc). It organises tutorials and seminars for academic excellence for all students members. It coordinates motivation talks for greater academic performance of members.

The department is currently headed by Brother Tobi Omoyefa reliable, resourceful and God-fearing brother. He is also a graduate of Accounting and an auditor with the Government of Saskatchewan.
