Winning souls is geared toward the growth of the church. God delights mostly in this work. He that wins a soul is wise. The department reaches out to the communities to bring to them the knowledge of Jesus Christ as the saviour of the world. It organizes picnics/outreaches for effective evangelism to the grassroots. It involves in bible distributions to converts. The department develops a blueprint and framework upon which evangelistic efforts can be sustained and it manages all available resources to achieve church or group-defined evangelistic goals

The department is currently being led by Sister Folake Shobamowo, a devout, God-fearing and dedicated sister.
