The Department involves in intensive visitation and follow-ups of new comers/members. It provides follow-ups for guests who have visited the church recently, and for members who have been absent from the church for a period of time.

It integrates, assists and involves new comers into the church family. The department also assembles and keeps statistical data of new converts, old, current and new church members to monitor their attendance and advise the pastorate for possible actions where and when necessary.
