his department is the image maker of the church. It coordinates the beauty and mindset of the church. It organises and coordinates the dissemination of necessary information to members. The department is saddled with the publicity of all programs of the church both within and outside.It is in charge of recording and production of church events. The unit has the obligation, upon request, to digitally do an audio/video recording of events in the church for duplication and record keeping

It provides good acoustic balance for church recording events in conjunction with the technical department. It manages the church facebook and websites. It coordinates all related matters of information and publicity of the church. It takes charge of all printing of materials of the church: newsletters, bulletins, flyers etc.
