I welcome you to the glorious month of June, the sixth month, which marks the end of the second quarter of the year. Without any doubt, our God remains faithful and merciful forever. As devil tries in many ways to hold the church and the gospel of Christ down, the God with infinite power, wisdom and understanding continues to put the devil in a powerless position in our lives and the church of God.

We often need people to lean on or complain to when we face challenges in the world, but the reality is that those we may depend on have personal challenges to resolve and may be unavailable to help when we truly need them. A perfect friend is always available to support, defend, and sometimes get into “line of fire” to ensure your emotional, physical or spiritual safety. The question is, how many people in the world today meet these criteria in your life?

You are warmly welcomed to the month of May, the fifth month of the year. Number five represents grace, I decree into your life that the God of all grace will make His grace available unto you on all fronts in Jesus' name. The month of May is also the anniversary month for this parish, which clocks 13 this year. I pray that God’s glory upon the parish will not dim in Jesus' name. This is also the spring season of the year. I pray that will continuously blossom in God’s everlasting arms in Jesus' name.

Many challenges in the world today emanate from darkness and confusion, and God wants you to shine as light and be the solution to these challenges. The truth is that you cannot proffer a solution of eternal value if you do not shine forth as light.
