OUTPOURING

I feel victorious and overwhelmed with great joy to welcome you to the year 2026. God is always faithful, and He demonstrated this in our lives throughout 2025, and He has been doing so for ages. From day one of 2025 to the last day of the year, God was with us. He met us at the points of our needs, He supported us, He sustained us, guided us, protected us and provided for us. He delivered us from the snare of the fowler, and He saved us from a situation that could have put us to shame. He celebrated us as He granted success. We enjoyed peace of God in an unquantifiable way. In fact, He was mindful of us that calamity and evil occurrences did not come near us. The same God has promised us another great experience with Him this year, 2026. 

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions – Joel 2:28

God has declared this year as a year of OUTPOURING, and the anchor scripture is Joel 2:28 “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions”. Outpouring in this sense simply means God pouring His essence into us, and this is the highest demonstration of God’s love to mankind. Outpouring comes in different dimensions. There is an outpouring of love, and when this happens, you imbibe the spirit of never feel offended, even when people deliberately hurt you. An outpouring of thankfulness will inculcate in you the spirit of gratitude. You will never be ungrateful in your life again. An outpouring of worship will help to be a faithful worshipper of God in truth and in spirit. An outpouring of joy will fill your heart continuously with joy unspeakable, and you will also be a source and harbinger of joy to others. An outpouring of blessings will make you to enjoy all-around superfluous blessings just as it is recorded in Genesis 49:25. Also, you will be connected to the blessings of the fathers of faith as recorded in the bible. We will be talking about Abraham’s blessings, Aaronic blessings, Blessings of Balam, Blessings of Moses, Blessings of Joseph and Davidic blessings. The greatest of all is the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, the spirit of truth, direction and remembrance. One good thing here is that God is actively looking for whom to pour His spirit into, those who engage in prayer, those who love to connect to Him intimately and permanently. God is ready for us this year, and we must be ready for Him as well. 

Meanwhile, you need to be reminded that an outpouring cannot be done to a vessel that is full of malice, deceit, conflict and evil thoughts. In other words, outpouring cannot be done to an unclean vessel. Also, outpouring cannot be done to a vessel that is not ready to receive, as well as one that is not ready to be a channel to others. So, if we are truly ready for God’s outpouring, we must prepare ourselves as a clean vessel devoid of sin and evil thoughts, we must always make ourselves available unto the Lord, and we must be ready to be a channel of blessings to others. My prayer is that God will give you sufficient grace to do these in Jesus name. Once more, I wish you a happy, blessed and prosperous year 2026.
