This department takes charge of all basic needs of the needy members of the church. It coordinates all donations (in cash and kind) geared towards the welfare of members. The department also organises for funds and other resources to meet the need of people within the church. It specifically identifies individuals who need material assistance and organise to meet their needs. It provides extensive and comprehensive settlement assistance, guidance and assistance to new members who just relocate to the city of Regina. The department is currently headed by Sister Yetunde Micho, a caring, compassionate, industrious and God-fearing woman and a trained computer scientist.
