This department is also called the ISSACHAR GENERATION. 

This department ensures that each of the youth gains an understanding of their gifts, purpose and callings. It is charged with the responsibility of enriching and enhancing all youth with the biblical knowledge and skills of all ages. It organises professional, educational and skill development for young adults in the church. It organises periodic meetings to foster relationships and cordial fellowship among all youths and young adults in the church. It also engages in the other social, physical and spiritual activities which are beneficial to the soul, mind and body of Christ.

The department is currently being led by Sister Ife Omotayo a God-fearing, unassuming and goal-oriented young lady who is passionate about complete development of youth.
