Fresh Oil

I am extremely happy to welcome you to the month of July, the first month in the third quarter
and the second half of the year. When God sets you on the path of a new beginning, you are sure
of many pleasant experiences and bountiful testimonies. This has been our lot in the just
concluded month of June. It has been celebrations upon celebrations in our midst while we have
also been filled with numerous testimonies of God’s faithfulness. We pray for continuous flow of
these wonderful experiences in Jesus name. Our theme for this month is FRESH OIL, and our
anchor scripture is Psalm 92:10, which says “But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an
unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.” When we talk of fresh oil, we mean fresh anointing,
renewed strength, extraordinary experience of God’s outpouring, a continuous drinking from the
fountain of God’s mercy and loving kindness, unending provision by the Elshaddai and ever-
present protection from the Almighty.
While fresh oil is something that every genuine believer covets, we must also be conscious of the
fact that fresh oil cannot be poured on a contaminated and highly diluted head. In essence, for us
to have a genuine experience of fresh oil, we must prepare ourselves as a sanctified soul for easy
and free flow of anointing experience, which breaks every yoke. Doing this has to be intentional
and with great effort. This is so because fresh oil is not an experience for an individual or a few
people alone but has to be contagious enough to attract many other people for unforgettable
experience with Jesus Christ.
As we step into the month of July, I decree into your life that the third quarter of this year will be
better than the second quarter, while the second half of the year will be more prosperous for you
than the first half because the glory of the latter is greater than the former. I pray for you that God
will revive His works in the midst of the year to favour you and your entire household in Jesus
name.
As we celebrate Canada Day of liberty this month of July, I wish all of you a Happy 159th Canada Day
